Proprietio uses flat-tier CAD pricing: a 100-unit Canadian landlord pays CA$549/mo on Growth, regardless of whether they manage 51 or 250 units. Per-door platforms charge a multiple that compounds as you grow — plus per-transaction fees on top.
What about transaction fees?▾
Proprietio charges 0% platform fee on rent — you keep 100% of the collection. Stripe processing fees (card and pre-authorized debit / PAD) apply on every platform and are not modeled here. Buildium adds per-EFT and per-eSignature fees on top of the monthly number.
