The hype around "autonomous" software skips the question of what happens when it gets it wrong. We don't.
Human approves anything that costs money
Marketing Autopilot can suggest a Google Ads spend lift, a campaign launch, or a new landing page — none of it ships until you click Approve. Every spend action is hard-capped to the budget you set in Settings.
The one auto-action is reversible
Delinquency reminders can send on their own — they're plain email with a one-click unsubscribe and a server-side audit trail. If something's off, it's a stop-the-cron away from over. No silent SMS blasts, no auto-collections, no auto-evictions.
How we think about "AI-native"

A generic LLM widget glued to the bottom-right corner. Can't see your ledger, your leases, or your work orders. Answers in vibes, not facts.
AI that reads your data (rent roll, AR aging, lease terms, call transcripts) and drafts the next move — you approve. Reversible auto-action only on the safest surface.
Marketing copy says the AI runs everything. The buyer carries the risk when it sends the wrong notice, raises the wrong rent, or commits to a vendor. Not us.
Common questions
Do I pay extra for AI?
No. Every Proprietio plan includes every AI module. We do not meter messages, calls summarized, or leads enriched. If a buyer asks "how much does the AI cost", the answer is "you already have it".
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Every suggested action (renewal letter, ad spend lift, vendor dispatch) is approval-gated — the AI does not send, charge, or commit without a human click. The one auto-acting surface (early delinquency reminders) sends plain email with one-click unsubscribe and a full audit trail.
Where does the AI read from?
Only your portfolio — leases, units, rent roll, AR aging, work orders, call transcripts, lead pipeline, marketing performance. We do not train on customer data and we do not share data across organizations. The multi-tenant isolation is enforced server-side, not just in the UI.
Can the AI raise rent or send legal notices on its own?
No. Rent changes, notices, evictions, and any auto-collections are explicitly out of scope. Those decisions require state-specific law and a human signature. The AI drafts; you sign.
Is fair-housing covered?
Templates the AI uses are reviewed against fair-housing language. The AI does not infer protected-class demographic attributes from a lead and does not condition messaging on them. If you spot a fair-housing concern, email us — we treat it as a P0.
