When a property manager near you sends you a job, you get it on your phone. You do the work, invoice from the link, and are paid through Proprietio.

What we ask of every partner
Property managers send partners into their residents’ homes. These are the basics they, and the owners they work for, expect.
General liability insurance
At least $1,000,000 per occurrence. You upload the certificate in your portal.
A license, for licensed trades
Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing and the other trades a state licenses: we check your license against the state board.
A W-9
Uploaded in your portal with the rest of your profile.
Network rates
Your rates for jobs through the network, set a little under your public rates.
What it costs you
Nothing to join, no fee per lead and no subscription.
Proprietio keeps a commission on each job paid through the platform. You see the rate, and accept it, in your partner portal before you take network jobs.
