2 integrationsIntegration FAQ
Are integrations included in every plan?▾
Yes — every integration listed here is available on every Proprietio plan. We never gate a connector behind a higher tier. Stripe and TransUnion have third-party pass-through costs surfaced transparently.
Does Proprietio support pre-authorized debit (PAD) for Canadian tenants?▾
Yes — Proprietio uses Stripe ACSS Debit (PAD) for Canadian rent collection. Tenants authorize a recurring monthly mandate once; rent is debited automatically. Configuration requires the ACSS Debit capability to be active on your Stripe connected account.
Is QuickBooks sync CAD-compatible?▾
Yes — our QuickBooks Online integration supports CAD companies. Invoices, rent receipts, expenses, and the chart of accounts all sync in Canadian dollars.
How does the province compliance engine work?▾
Each province's Act (RTA, RTA-BC, TAL, LTB) is modeled in our compliance layer. Rent increases respect the annual guideline, notices use the correct form and timeline, deposits follow the province rule (prohibited in QC/ON, ½ month in BC, etc.), and the Quebec avis de modification renewal flow is built natively.
