Cozy was bought by CoStar, the owner of Apartments.com, in 2018.

In July 2021 Cozy accounts were moved to Apartments.com Rental Manager. According to landlord-software reviewers, commercial properties, room rentals and accounts with no recent activity were not eligible to move.
